Dr Kuehnemann was born in Germany. He studied dentistry and qualified 2005 with Merit at the Johann Wolfgang v. Goethe University in Frankfurt a.M. / Germany (ZZMK) which has a preeminent international reputation (Centrum of implantology).

Currently Dr Kuehnemann attends a two and a half year postgraduate study to obtain a Master of Science in oral surgery and implantology( Course held in Germany which is with Switzerland and the USA worldleader in the field implantology).

Additionally he regulary attends courses in the field of cosmetic / aesthetic dentistry. Visiting Courses in the Uk as well as Germany make sure that not just the most up to date techniques are used but also guarantee a constant exchange with colleagues also outside the UK
